I know that there are fitness sports out there that everybody loves to do, and for me, if I would have to list my all time favorite fitness sport, it is, without a doubt, riding my skateboard. After realizing about a year ago that I was getting a bit flabby and out of shape, I knew that I needed to get on a diet and start working out more often. After doing some research online, I learned that the easiest way for some people to start working out is by doing fitness sports that they love, which for me is skateboarding—a fitness sport that dates all the way back to when I was in high school and would ride my skateboard deck all over town, most every day. These days, as I ride away the weekends to stay in shape, sometimes I do feel like I am back in high school again. I have also found that after really sticking to this fitness sport and my diet over the past year, I have nearly the same amount of energy that I did when I was a youth, but I just turned thirty. Imagine that my friends!
